LAKE CHARLES LA. – The Louisiana Swashbucklers plan to release the much anticipated “FirstMates” 2012 pictorial calendar on Tuesday, December 20th.  The pictorial calendar will highlight the incredible beauty and tradition of the FirstMates dancers, and SW Louisiana landscape.  Each month of the year depicts a different FirstMate pictured in a beautiful SW Louisiana setting. Team photographer Joey Jinks stated, “These are some of the most incredibly appealing pictures I’ve been privileged to photograph.  A blend of the tremendously talented First Mates, and the spectacular SW Louisiana backdrops.  Simply mesmerizing.  This is the one calendar all SW Louisiana residents should own.”  

The calendar launch will coincide with a scheduled FirstMates appearance at The Huddle Up Sports Bar and Grill, located on East Prien Lake Road, next to Inn On The Bayou. The calendar will be available for $10 at the Huddle Up, The Swashbucklers business office at 900 Lakeshore Drive, Suite C, and anytime on line at www.labucs.com.  In addition, many Swashbuckler marketing partners will also present copies for sale.  

The FirstMates will be at The Huddle Up between 6 and 8 p.m. to sign autographs and take pictures with fans.  Radio station Gator 99.5 will have a live remote at the launch party from 5-7 p.m. and one lucky fan will win season tickets for the 2012 Season.  “This calendar makes a perfect stocking stuffer for any SW Louisiana resident,” stated team President/GM Chris Meaux.
