SWASHBUCKLERS TAKE IT ON THE ROAD
LAKE CHARLES LA. – Your Louisiana Swashbucklers are now just two weeks away from kicking off the 2010 season! To mark the occasion players and the FirstMates cheerleaders will be making personal appearances in the area to meet and greet fans. The tour, sponsored by Coors Light and GAP broadcasting, will feature the Bucs and FirstMates on Thursday, March 4th, at Albertson’s Supermarket on Country Club Road at 3 p.m. and Wal-Mart on Hwy. 171 at 4 p.m. A remote broadcast by KHLA 92.9 is featured.
On Friday, March 5th, be sure to come see the Bucs and FirstMates at Market Basket in Kinder at 3 p.m. A remote will be provided by 107 JAMZ. Also, they will be at Market Basket on Nelson Road in Lake Charles at 3 p.m. and Wal-Mart on Nelson Road at 4 p.m. Both appearances will have a remote courtesy of KISS-FM. On Saturday, March 6th, we will be at Wal-Mart in Sulphur at 1 p.m. with a remote from Gator 99. The Bucs and FirstMates will be next to the Coors Light display at all scheduled appearances.
Be sure to register for our Freedom of Choice giveaway. On the above dates, GAP radio partners will broadcast from 12 locations to award 50 lucky winners season tickets to the Swashbucklers 2010 season. 100 season tickets will be given away courtesy of Coors Light, GAP Broadcasting, Lake Charles Area Chevy Dealers and the Swashbucklers.
